Las Perdices Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva from Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza has a deep ruby-red color. It's typical aromas of cherries, pepper, vanilla and coffee lent by the oak aging. Has good volume on the palate, is well balanced with flavors reminiscent of red peppers and spices and a finish of cocoa or chocolate and coffee. It's flavors include fragrance of cigar box and tobacco. Aged 12 months in new American and French oak barrels. Recommended serving temperature 16 -18° C (60 - 64 ºF).
