San Felipe Brut Nature - Sparkling
4.8
VIVINO

The San Felipe Brut Nature
is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir using the charmat method. The
selected bunches of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir come from our own vineyards in
Tupungato, located by the foothills of the Andes mountains at an altitude of
1000 meters. A decade ago, the original Viña San Felipe was created which later
changed its classical label for this new spirited varietal. Fruity
expressiveness and a discreet oak aging still define the profile that this
product give to connoisseurs and fans. This blend resulted in a sparkling of
well-marked balance and intensity, using careful preparation state-of-the-art
technology. This sparkling wine displays light yellow color with golden
reflections. It has permanent cords with very fine and light bubbles. On the
nose fruity aromas of peaches, intermingled with elegant floral notes of honey
and toasted brioche bread are appreciated. Harmonious, with well-balanced sugar
and acidity. It is possible to appreciate delicate mineral accents that combine
dryness with the freshness of the finish of the mouth. The sparkling wines of
the San Felipe line were created to be enjoyed on special occasions. But no
worries bubbly enthusiasts, you don’t require a special occasion to enjoy San Felipe
Brut Nature. Now you can enjoy it all the time. It’s all about looking for
cheers-worthy moments to be grateful for. A Friday capping off another week
well-worked? A happy hour over Zoom with a BFF? A Netflix night in after a hard
day of work? Don’t forget to pair this Brut Nature with something salty and
richly flavored, like smoked salmon, rich salty cheese or with a classic caviar
crostini’s and oysters. Its versatile character allows it to be enjoyed with a
wide list of alternatives and pairing occasions, from brunches to sunset, from
appetizers to grilling, or informal lunches and dinners, picnics, etc. Nothing quite compares to the pressurized pop
of a thick, porcini-mushroom-shaped cork shooting from a chilled bottle of
sparkling wine. What are you waiting for? Let's get it popping!!!!
