Las Perdices Extra Brut, made in the traditional champenoise method. Has a blend of 80% Chardonnay – 20 % Pinot Noir and is loved for it's fresh and youthfulness.This blend has its roots in France, but is successfully produced in Argentina and around the world. Known for it's smooth golden yellow color with shiny highlights. Persistent foam, delicate and fine bubbles. Aromas of honey, almonds, toasted bread and fruit. Smooth on the palate, good acidity, elegance and length of fruit on the palate. Good freshness and complexity.
Ideal as an aperitif, or with shellfish, ceviche, carpaccio and fish dishes. Serving te,temperature 5-7 °C (41 – 45º F)
