This Brut Nature is fermented the traditional champenoise method in bottle. It's composition is of Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%). Greenish yellow color with bright reflections. Persistent foam, delicate and fine bubbles. Aromas of honey, almonds, fruit and yeast notes. Soft on the palate, creamy, good acidity, elegance and persistence. Complex, fresh and with hints of fruit. Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany seafood, ceviches, carpaccios and fish dishes. Aged time on boras 18 months. Recommended temperature 5-7°C.
