This icon wine of Abremundos, is born of two creators moved by intertwined passions: Marcelo Pelleriti, oenologist and musician Pedro Aznar, musician and sommelier. Together motivated in reaching expression of the highest register of which a music instrument is capable off. Unlike many European regions with their strict laws, Argentina has the freedom to create virtually endless assortment of blended wines, with enhanced balance, complexity, lending different layers of flavors and aromas. With hundreds of red grape varieties to choose from, their winning combination of cool weather, high elevation and well-draining alluvial soils, it is no surprise that Abremundos with their easy-to-manage vines, producing low yields of high-quality fruit, are creating award winning wines. This gorgeous blend has plenty of dark fruit with dark chocolate, dark slate, violets and walnuts. Full body, with firm tannins yet polished and beautiful. Wild yet thoughtful. This is a phenomenal limited edition of 4,000 bottles made of 75% Cabernet Franc, 5% Syrah, 10% Malbec. It's a blend made using microvinification system, fermented in rolling French oak barriques with manual punching down of the grapes and an élevage of 22 months in French barrels, 6 months bottle aging . Serve between 14-16° C. (57-61°F)                                                                                            
It welcomes anything from grilled vegetables to steaks on the grill. Braised short ribs or smoked sirloin with crispy sweet potatoes and mushrooms pairs so perfect.
