Las Perdices Sauvignon Blanc has a very subtle greenish-yellow color. Has a very nice nose, very expressive and intense aromas of passion fruit, pear, and peaches, with subtle mineral notes. Dry attack on the palate, confirming the citrus flavor with a very pleasant well balanced acidity that lasts a long time in the mouth, highlighting tropical notes. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany shellfish, fish and salads. Serving temperature 10 – 12ºC (50-54°F) Las Perdices winery located in Agrelo, a small wine-producing wine region, located in the western foothills of the Andes mountains, and is a part of the Lujan de Cuyo department. Agrelo slopes upward from the town toward the Andes, with the highest vineyards in the west reaching up to 3300ft (1000m) above sea level.
