Albariño, a variety indigenous to Portugal, but now also loved as an excellent new rendition to the grape varieties of Argentina. Albariño has a pale yellow color with greenish gold highlights. The complexity of this wine fluctuates between its notes of fruits (apricot, apple and citric fruits), of flowers (white flowers, jasmine) and of herbs (fresh-cut grass, fennel). Melting richness on the palate, voluminous, with a velvety sensation to complement its freshness. If you find the more common Torrontés and Sauvignon Blancs too fruity, and the Chardonnays too bland, this would be just the right wine for you! Ideal to accompany sushi and every type of fish and shellfish favorites. Serving temperature 8-10 °C (46 – 50º F)
