With grapes that come from an old vineyard from 1973, this wine is aged for 16 months, 60% in new French oak barrels and 40% in second-use barrels. This Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon  is a concentrated wine of red color and bluish flashes of  raspberries and blueberries and a hint of sea salt,  holding long and fresh. The palate is robust, balanced and with a velvety finish. On the nose it presents spicy and smoky notes, in addition to notes of ripe fruit. A heady but attractive bouquet of marzipan, balsam wood, blackberry, cassis and raisin introduce a loaded but well-balanced, full-bodied palate. Toast, chocolate and black fruit flavors finish with additional spice, chocolate and lustiness. No stabilization, no filtration, no clarification. May contain residues. This wine is perfect for sipping or pairing with a casual meal like gourmet sliders or beef kebobs. Recommended serving temperature 16 -18° C (60 - 64 ºF)
