Las Perdices Chardonnay Reserva has an intense yellow color with green hues. Aromas of citrus along with subtle toasty notes from the barrel. On the palate hints of pineapple and citrus fruits, with floral nuances and a hint of vanilla. A wine with excellent structure but at the same time soft and unctuous. Ideal to accompany white meats, shellfish and all types of seafood. Classic Argentinian Chardonnay, characterized by it's stone fruits and a bit of tropical ones. Not overly buttered and it's fresh acidity helps to keep balance . Recommended serving temperature 10-12° C (50 – 54 ºF). Aged 6 months in new French oak barrels.(Light Toast), 14.0 % alcohol.
