Get this delivered in 30-60 minSuperb barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc Fumé, showing a limpid brilliant green yellow color with greenish edges . The nose delivers citric aromas with subtle notes of passion fruit and appealing flavors of toast and vanilla. The palate enjoys a very much refreshing white wine with high acidity and flavors of lemon zest, pink grapefruit, passion fruit, intertwined with mineral notes. It has good balance and well-built body, probably the result of french oak in the process. It has a citrus aftertaste with medium-plus persistent finish. Pairs perfectly with New England clam chowder or any shellfish, seafood and green salads. Aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. Served between 10-12° C (50 – 54 ºF), aged 6 months in new French oak barrels. Limited Edition of 4,000 bottles.
It's medium golden yellow with a few thick slow tears. Aromas are medium+ of passion fruit, lemon, pear, some wood, butter and vanilla. Acidity is medium+, very fruity, with medium ending.
